We have been featured in many local newspapers, The New York Post, and PMQ the largest pizza trade magazine.
We try not be an ordinary Pizzeria. From our customer service, food quality, cleanliness to having fun with our unique dough tossing, we try to set ourselves apart from the rest.
The funny thing is, we never would of thought that we would get this kind of attention. We started off tossing pizza dough just for fun because our first location was in the Woodville Mall Food Court. Aaron started going to dough tossing competitions (yes they really have competitions) and then Josh our 11 year old son also started tossing pizza when he was 7 years old. He had his first competition in 2005 and won the title of the Junior National Throw Dough Champion which he received national media attention. In 2006 he won again and is practicing for his third championship this year. He is one of the youngest dough acrobats in this country. He is like a Harlem Globetrotter of the pizza world. When he turns 16 years old he will be able to compete with the US Pizza Team which travels to Italy each year for the World Pizza Championships.
